Gene Tierney
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
After receiving his baccalaureate from the University of Minnesota, Gene worked in the Twin Cities as a commercial real estate broker who specialized in urban redevelopment projects. Gene is also a backyard inventor with two U.S. patents to his credit and an Impressionist artist who has had numerous shows in galleries around the Twin Cities. He is also an entrepreneur who became passionate about sustainable living strategies. In 2015 Gene founded a Minnesota nonprofit organization called CarFreeLife Inc., which is dedicated to promoting and facilitating car-light living. Among the products offered by CarFreeLife is a car ownership sharing program called Neighborcar. CarFreeLife can be reached at carfreelife.org and neighborcar.com.
